Apple is again rumored to be working on an all-new 12.9-inch iPad Air for launch next year, with TF Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo claiming that mass-production of the new device is scheduled to begin during the first quarter of 2024.
DigiTimes claimed in October that Apple is developing a new super-sized iPad Air, which will feature the same 12.9-inch display as Apple’s current largest iPad, the iPad Pro.
According to Kuo, Apple will continue to offer the 10.9-inch iPad Air, giving customers two display sizes to choose from.
It is understood that both 2024 iPad Air models will retain the same overall design as the current model, with the next upgrade likely offering minor improvements over the existing version asides from the new display size option.
