As it does each year, Apple has modified its standard returns policy for orders placed through the Apple Store Online between 3 November 2023 and 25 December 2023, allowing shoppers to return their purchases back to Apple through early January.
For those purchasing Apple products for the holidays, Apple has increased the period in which it usually accepts returns, giving those who need to return their purchases after Christmas Day the opportunity to do so up until 8 January 2024.
Apple notes that even though the extended returns window now applies, all other terms and conditions provided in the Apple Online Store Sales and refunds policy are still applicable. Items purchased by carrier financing are not eligible for extended returns and are subject to the iPhone maker’s standard return policy.
The modified return policy does not extend top Apple Gift Cards or digital software downloads.
