These are the devices that will support iOS 17

Apple has announced that iOS 17 will drop support for some older iPhone models, including those that are currently running iOS 16.
iOS 17, which will be available in the fall, features a wide range of improvements coming to iPhone, including upgrades across the Phone, app, FaceTime, and Messages, new AirDrop capabilities, an all-new Journal app, StandBy, a new way to view glanceable information when iPhone is set down and charging, and more.
In an update to its website, Apple has announced that iOS 17 will be compatible with the iPhone Xs and later, dropping support for the iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone X and iPhone XR which were compatible with iOS 16 announced last year.
