Apple redesigns iCloud web interface with customizable tiles on beta website

Apple has today launched a redesigned version of iCloud on the web, introducing a redesigned web interface featuring widget-style customizable tiles for iCloud apps including Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Photos, iCloud Drive, and more.
Available now for all users to test, the redesigned web interface is in beta on Apple’s test site, beta.icloud.com, before a wider roll out to all users in the coming months.
The redesign sees a significant overhaul of iCloud on the web compared to the current version, with the new web interface featuring customizable tiles on the main page that allow users to change the appearance of the iCloud webpage to put their most used iCloud apps upfront. These include tiles for Photos, Mail, iCloud Drive, Notes, Calendar, Numbers, Pages, Reminders, and Keynote.
By adding a tile, the web interface shows a snippet of the information within each app. For example, the Calendar tile shows upcoming calendar events, and the iCloud Drive tile shows recently opened documents in the cloud.
The beta site is available to all users at beta.icloud.com.
