Apple to bring periscope camera lens to iPhone 15 Pro Max in 2023, analyst claims

Before the iPhone 14 is even out of the door, respected industry analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has reported that Apple will likely introduce a periscope camera lens exclusively on the high-end iPhone 15 Pro Max in 2023, suggesting that only the largest, most expensive model in the lineup will offer the new periscope capabilities.
In a blog post on Thursday, Kuo says after introducing the periscope camera lens to 2023’s iPhone 15 Pro Max, Apple will then likely bring the capabilities to both the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max in 2024, offering a 12-megapixel resolution, F/2.8 aperture, and 6x optical zoom.
