Apple to host Apple Watch Activity Challenge for International Day of Yoga
Apple is hosting its next Apple Watch Activity Challenge on Tuesday, June 21 for International Day of Yoga, with users able to unlock a trio of animated stickers and a virtual trophy in the Fitness app when recording a yoga workout of 20 minutes or more in the Workout app or any app that adds workouts to Health.
The challenge is similar to that which Apple hosted last year for International Day of Yoga, with the animated stickers showing characters in various yoga positions including the half-standing forward bend, downward-facing dog, and more.
“Earn this award inspired by the International Day of Yoga. On June 21, do a yoga workout of 20 minutes or more. Record your time with any app that adds workouts to Health,” says Apple.
Taking part is simple. Apple Watch wearers can begin a Yoga workout in any app that logs workouts to the Activity app. – Here’s how you can participate in the Yoga Day Challenge on Apple Watch.
