iOS 16 includes new option to enable haptic feedback on iPhone’s keyboard

Apple has added a new setting to iOS 16 that allows users to toggle on haptic feedback on the iPhone’s keyboard so that when a user types, their iPhone will provide haptics for each key they tap, something third-party keyboards have offered for some time.
Users can find the haptics option within Settings under “Keyboard.” Users who have the setting enabled will feel their iPhone vibrate slightly with each tap of the keys, building on as an extension to the regular keyboard sound in iOS.
The first developer beta of iOS 16 has the haptics option disabled by default, so users wanting to feel the mini vibrations as they type out messages, emails, tweets and more are required to enable the feature manually for it to work.
