Apple has introduced its second generation Apple silicon chips for the next generation of Macs. 100gbps performance will show much faster and larger workloads. 8 core CPU and 4 high performance cores help boost performance of the chip whilst also conserving power. It can perform twice as fast as its M1 predecessor, and needs less power to run that performance.
10 core GPU allows greater graphics, offering 25% greater graphics performance than M1. It also offers 6K external display support.
The new secure enclave and more offers greater security than the previous M1 chip.
