Here is what all four iPhone 14 models will look like
Apple is widely rumored to be dropping the 5.4-inch ‘mini’ iPhone from its lineup this year, replacing the model with a large 6.7-inch non-Pro iPhone for the first time.
As reports continue to speculate on what we should expect from this year’s new iPhone 14, a set of four new aluminum models have appeared online, showing us what Apple’s new iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro lineup will likely look like, comprising of two 6.1-inch devices and two 6.7-inch devices.
Three out of the four new devices that are expected to be released in September will keep the same sizes as they are available in now, with Apple killing off the 5.4-inch iPhone in today’s iPhone 13 lineup and replacing it with a new ‘iPhone 14 Max,’ offering customers the large 6.7-inch display previously found exclusive on the high-end ‘Pro Max’ models.
The aluminum models come via a post by “Quick Review Lab” on Chinese social media platform Weibo, showing the screen size and camera bump for each new model.
Over the past few months we have seen two separate iPhone 14 schematics leak for the regular iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro, both claiming to offer details about the design of Apple’s new devices.
In March we saw alleged iPhone 14 Pro 3D CAD renders leak that showed the device’s rumored new pill-shape and circular display cutouts that are expected to house the iPhone’s Face ID components and front-facing camera module, removing the rectangular notch from the top of the device’s display.
We then saw later that same month rumored iPhone 14 CAD renders appear online which suggested the new pill-shape and circular display cutouts seen in the earlier leak out remain exclusive to the high-end ‘Pro’ and ‘Pro Max’ models, with the overall physical design expected to remain very similar to the existing iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro, with the exception of some minor size differences in the bezel thickness and camera bump size.
