Apple sending personalized ‘Peek performance’ special event reminders on Twitter
Ahead of next week’s “Peek performance” special event, where Apple is expected to announce its rumored 5G iPhone SE, updated iPad Air with Center Stage camera and new entry-level M2 MacBook Pro, the official @Apple Twitter handle is offering to send personalized event reminders to those interested in watching the event live on Apple.com.
As seen ahead of previous events, Apple is promoting a tweet that invites users to tap the Favorite button on Twitter to receive a reminder from @Apple ahead of the main event next Tuesday.
Tapping the Favorite button on Twitter sees users receive an immediate thank you message from Apple, with the main reminder usually being shared 5-10 minutes before the event itself, kicking off on March 8 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) from the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park.
Wonder ahead. Tune in for a special #AppleEvent on 8 March 2022 at 6pm.⁰

Alongside the reminders, in typical pre-event fashion, Apple has launched a special Twitter hashtag for next week’s product launch, adding the event’s artwork to the end of tweets that use the #AppleEvent hashtag.
