Apple becomes the world’s first $3 trillion company

Apple has officially topped a market value of $3 trillion, becoming the first company in the world to do so following a strong month for AAPL stock in December.
Apple is now the world’s first $3 trillion company, with AAPL shares valued at $182.86 mark to achieve the milestone market capitalization on Monday.
Apple hit the $2 trillion mark last August, becoming the first company ever to hit such a high mark valuation, leading the way ahead of Amazon, Microsoft, and Alphabet.
The company posted its financial earnings results for the fourth fiscal quarter of 2021 at the end of October, reporting a September quarter revenue record of $83.4 billion, up 29 percent year over year.
