Apple updates website with separate AirPods tab plus new ‘TV & Home’ and ‘Only on Apple’ sections
Apple has given its website an update following today’s “Unleashed” keynote, restructuring the Apple.com menu bar with a separate AirPods tab plus new “TV & Home” and “Only on Apple” sections.
The new AirPods tab takes users through to the main AirPods webpage, where users can then select which model of AirPods they wish to see, replacing the previous method which would require visitors to visit the now removed Music tab to select to view either AirPods, AirPods Pro, or AirPods Max alongside tabs for iPod, Apple Music, and more.
Apple’s new “TV & Home” is where visitors can find products such as the Apple TV and HomePod, as well as information about the Apple TV app, Apple TV+, and HomeKit-enabled smart home accessories.
The “Only on Apple” tab shows a list of services, available only with Apple. These include Apple TV+, Apple Music, Apple Fitness+, Apple Arcade, Apple News+, iCloud, Apple Podcasts, Apple Books, Apple Wallet, and Apple Card.
The new menu layout is visible through the desktop and mobile Apple.com websites.
