Apple redesigns iCloud Mail for web
Apple has redesigned the iCloud Mail experience on the web, pushing an update today to bring the design in line with the Mail apps on iOS 15 and iPadOS 15, featuring a modernized look with thicker icons.
Spotted by MacRumors, today’s update follows after Apple started beta testing the new look in June.
The overall functionality of the redesigned iCloud Mail web experience remains largely unchanged, with the update seemighly focusing purely on aesthetics.
A noticeable difference between the new and old versions of iCloud Mail for web is that the mail composition panel now pop-up similar to how it does on iPad rather than opening in a new window as it did previously.
With the release of iOS 15 today, Apple has included Hide My Email and Custom Email Domain features on iCloud.com.
