iPhone 13 pre-orders reportedly starting on September 17
Leaker Jon Prosser’s news site Front Page Tech has laid out what it claims to be key dates in this year’s iPhone release.
According to a new post following a sketchy screenshot surfacing from Chinese-language site ITHome earlier this week, Front Page Tech reports that sources have been able to confirm that the iPhone 13 will be available for pre-order on September 17th, with the devices launching a week later on September 24th.
The report would suggest that Apple will host its special launch event on Tuesday, September 14th, with event invites likely set to be sent a week prior on September 7th.
Yes, this would mean event on Tuesday, September 14th.

Unlike last year when Apple gave the iPhone a full refresh with an iPhone 4-style squared-edged design, this year’s four new iPhone 13 models are expected to have relatively minor visual changes, with more significant changes rumored for next year’s iteration.
Reports suggest all four iPhone 13 models will feature upgraded displays, larger batteries, a shrunken notch, expanded support for mmWave 5G, and a more efficient A-series chip. The new devices are being described as a “classic Apple S model,” despite carrying the iPhone 13 name.
