YouTuber EverythingApplePro has shared a flurry of new iPhone rumors, courtesy of leaker Max Weinbach, suggesting the iPhone 13 Pro will be offered in a new matte black option with improved Portrait mode, a new coating that will reduce fingerprint smudges, and more.
According to the leaker, the iPhone 13 line, expected to comprise of the same screen sizes as the current iPhone lineup, will feature a similar design to the current-generation models, claiming that the iPhone 13 Pro will be offered in a new matte black option, which will have a new stainless steel coating that reduces smudges and fingerprints.
Weinbach says that Apple has experimented with a new bronze/orange colour for the iPhone, but this isn’t expected with the iPhone 13.
The next-generation Pro models are said to have enhanced Portrait mode, thanks to the use of the device’s LiDAR scanner, which is said to combine camera data to dramatically improve the quality of images taken using the feature.
Other tidbits include rumors that Apple will shrink the notch on all four models, following a leak this week that claimed to show front glass for the iPhone 13, that the device will have improved noise cancellation during phone calls, and a a redesigned rear-camera.
