It’s that time of year again. Apple is kicking-off its annual Back to University promotion in Australia, Brazil, New Zealand and South Korea, this year giving eligible students and teachers free AirPods with the purchase of select Mac and iPad models for a limited time only.

The promotion is open to those purchasing a MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac, iMac Pro, iPad Air or iPad Pro through Apple’s online educational stores, which require eligibility verification through UNiDays. Orders placed as part of the promo will come with the regular AirPods however, customers can choose to upgrade to the ‌AirPods‌ with Wireless Charging Case or AirPods Pro for a fee.

Additionally, Apple is taking 20 percent off AppleCare+ for new purchases.

Apple is including the new M1 Mac models in its promotion, unlike its Black Friday ‘shopping event’ which had the machines excluded.
