Apple shares New Year App Store ad in Japan
As the New Year approaches, Apple has shared a new App Store ad in Japan promoting the wide range of gaming, productivity, creativity, and networking apps available to help users make the most of 2021.
The short ad, set to Ryohu “The Moment,” was shared on Apple’s official YouTube channel in Japan on Sunday, ahead of annual New Year’s celebrations in the country, which typically spread between January 1-3.
Apple has previously held special one-day shopping events in Japan as part of the “Shōgatsu” New Year celebrations, which in the past has seen Apple offer free Apple Store gift cards worth up to ¥24,000 with the purchase of select products.
