Online Apple Store experiencing issues, unavailable for some
Apple appears to be in the midst of outages and issues affecting several of its services, with the company’s System Status webpage confirming problems with iMessage and macOS Software Updates, and users reporting issues accessing the online Apple Store and app.
With macOS Big Sur now officially available, Apple says “Users may not be able to download macOS Software Updates on Mac computers. The issue is currently being investigated,” as well as saying that iMessage may be “slow or unavailable” for some users.
While it is back now, Apple’s Developer webpage was down for some time earlier, and the online Apple Store is experiencing long loading times for some users.
The Apple Store app on the other hand is throwing out errors when trying to access order information.
