No AirTags, AirPods Studio, HomePod 2 or new Macs expected at today’s event, claims leaker
Jon Prosser has shared his expectations for today’s “Hi, Speed” special event, suggesting Apple won’t announce either it’s long-rumored AirPods Studio over-ear headphones or AirTags item trackers, nor will it announce a second-generation HomePod or new Mac models.
According to the leaker, today’s event will mainly be focused on the iPhone 12, with Apple set to introduce a 5.4-inch iPhone 12 mini, 6.1-inch iPhone 12, 6.1-inch iPhone 12 Pro, and 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro Max, alongside a small HomePod mini and a new Apple wireless charging mat, expected to charge one single device at a time.
Rumors are pointing to Apple hosting another special event in November, where the company is expected to unveil its first ARM Mac models alongside AirPods Studio, which Prosser recently claimed won’t finish mass production until later in the month.
