Apple continuing Apple Card Customer Assistance Program through August
Apple is continuing its Apple Card Customer Assistance Program once again through August, allowing users to defer this month’s card repayments without incurring any interest charges.
Today’s extension of the program marks the fifth month that Apple has suspended interest charges for customers enrolling in the special assistance service, launched in March to help ease the financial pressure the coronavirus has created.
Customers who previously enrolled in the Customer Assistance Program are required to contact Apple Card Support to join the deferred payment program for August, with a support document available on Apple.com with instructions on how to join.
We understand that the COVID-19 situation poses unique challenges for everyone and some customers may have difficulty making their monthly payments. Should you need assistance, please click here to be connected to Apple Card Support via Messages and enroll in our Customer Assistance Program, which will allow you to skip your August payment without incurring interest charges.
