iOS 14 “magic trick” lets you tap the back of your iPhone to perform actions
Apple has included a new “Back Tap” feature in iOS 14 that allows you to double tap or triple tap the back of your iPhone to perform a custom task, such as triggering Siri, going to the Home Screen, taking a Screenshot, and more.
“Back Tap” also works with Shortcuts, meaning you could create a custom setting so that when you double tap or triple tap the back of your iPhone, you could get Siri to turn the lights on or off in your home, or start making a phone call.
Users can configure the new “Back Tap” feature by opening Settings, tapping Accessibility > Touch > Back Tap.
