Apple Card Customer Assistance Program extended to June
Apple is extending the Apple Card Customer Assistance Program by another month, allowing users to defer their June payment without incurring any interest charges after the scheme was announced in March amid the global COVID-19 pandemic.
The spread of coronavirus has meant many businesses are being forced to close, leaving some out of work and without their usual financial income, making it difficult to repay credit card bills.
In an effort to ease some of the financial pressure caused by the virus, Apple and banking partner Goldman Sachs is offering some flexibility when it comes to making repayments, a helping hand in a time when many are struggling.
We understand that the COVID-19 situation poses unique challenges for everyone and some customers may have difficulty making their monthly payments. Should you need assistance, please click here to be connected to Apple Card Support via Messages and enroll in our Customer Assistance Program, which will allow you to skip your June payment without incurring interest charges.
Customers can apply to join the program by contacting Apple Card support, and users who previously have been enrolled in the program must re-enroll to be including in the scheme for this billing cycle.
