Apple Support app update adds Dark Mode and new interface
Apple has released a significant update to its Apple Support app for iPhone and iPad, adding Dark Mode support and a new user interface, and more.
The app, which Apple touts as offering “personalized access to solutions for all of your Apple products” now also offers support for users who seek assistance with paid services such as iCloud, Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade and Apple News+.
The app features a customized user interface which offer step-by-step troubleshooting guides and improved chat and call experiences with support specialists.
