Apple shares preview of upcoming ‘Central Park’ animated Apple TV+ series
Apple has released a trailer for its upcoming “Central Park” animated series scheduled to arrive on Apple TV+ on May 29.
Created by Bob’s Burgers creator Loren Bouchard, “Central Park” is described as a musical comedy that follows the adventures of a family who live and work in New York’s Central Park.
The story is about how the characters, voiced by Josh Gad, Leslie Odom Jr., Tituss Burgess, Kristen Bell, Stanley Tucci, Daveed Diggs and Kathryn Hahn, end up saving the world.
Apple is releasing the first three episodes of the series at once on May 29, with new episodes following each week until series 1 is complete. Apple is said to have ordered 26 episodes of the show, split into two 13-episode seasons.
“Central Park” was originally set to be previewed at the SXSW 2020 festival, although Apple said last week that it was cancelling its attendance over coronavirus concerns.
