Apple to host annual Black Friday gift card promotion
Apple has announced its annual four-day shopping event, offering customers Apple Store gift cards up to the value of $200/£160 when purchasing select products between Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
As with previous years, Apple won’t be joining other retailers by dramatically slashing the price of its products during the period, with the company instead opting to include Apple Store gift cards redeemable against future Apple purchases ranging in value dependant on how high you spend during the four-day shopping event.
The full details are yet to be shared however, last year most Mac models came with a $200 gift card in the United States, while previous-generation iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch models were eligible for a $50 gift card.
HomePod and Beats were also eligible for a $50 gift card, while the Apple TV was bundled with a $25 gift card.
Apple is giving the option for customers to “save the date” on Apple.com, with the full breakdown of gift card promotions due to be shared on the day.
