Apple has introduced an annual subscription option for Apple TV+, priced at $49.99 in the United States, $59.99 in Canada and £49.99 in the United Kingdom, offering members a $10 annual saving.
Apple TV+ went live around the world today, with customers who purchase any new iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac or iPod touch one year free Apple TV+ membership. The service has launched with nine shows, including ‘See’, starring Jason Momoaand and ‘The Morning Show’, starring Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston, with more new releases in the pipeline.
When paying annually, the deal effectively offers 12 months of Apple TV+ access for the price of 10 months for paying upfront.
Users can subscribe to the annual Apple TV+ membership through the TV app on iOS, iPadOS or macOS.
