Apple removes mentioning of September release date from Mac Pro and Pro Display XDR
Apple.com began showing users yesterday that the newly announced Mac Pro and Pro Display XDR would be “coming in September.” within a window that captured the email addresses of prospective customers interested in the machine, though Apple has now updated the site to change the expected release date to ‘Coming This Fall,’ hinting that the September mentioning was an error.
Mac Pro was announced last Monday at Apple’s highly anticipated WWDC conference. The machine, which pro users had been eagerly awaiting, is the most powerful Mac ever made. The powerhouse desktop is made with a stainless steel frame that’s designed for modularity.
It’s unclear if the “September” timeframe shared yesterday was simply a mistake or a bug with Apple.com that inadvertently unveiled the official release month.
