Apple prices refurbished HomePod speakers at $259 following earlier price reduction on new models

Apple has lowered the price of its refurbished HomePod models in the United States from $299 to $259 following a price reduction earlier today which saw Apple slash the price of its brand new HomePod units from $349 to $299.
The reduced price refurbished models offer a $40.00 saving compared to the new in-store retail price of the speakers.
Currently marked as Sold Out, the refurbished HomePod speakers will be available in both white and space gray, coming with Apple’s one-year limited warranty and a free 14 day return window.
The refurbished HomePod models will arrive repackaged in a new Apple Certified Refurbished retail box alongside HomePod set-up documentation. As with all products sold through Apple’s online refurbished products store, the speakers are thoroughly inspected, tested and cleaned prior to sale – leaving you with a near brand-new unit.
