Apple shares new ad highlighting Group FaceTime on iPhone
Apple has released a new ad highlighting the Group FaceTime feature introduced with iOS 12.1 last month that allows users to chat with up to 32 people at one time.
The minute long “A Little Company,” commercial features a group of Elvis impersonators singing the popular “There’s Always Me” song by Elvis Presley during a Group FaceTime call together. The advert shows how when on a group call, FaceTime will show a tiled interface which highlights the people in the group who are speaking, or in this case singing, at one time.
Group FaceTime was one of iOS 12’s most highly anticipated features, although the public release of the group calling feature was delayed until the launch of iOS 12.1 while Apple fine-tuned the software.
