Apple Store goes down ahead of Black Friday deals
With thanksgiving in full swing in the United States, Apple has taken the Apple Store offline ahead of Black Friday tomorrow, with the company preparing for their annual one day shopping event that sees Apple offer gift cards with select purchases throughout the day.
Apple isn’t one for slashing their prices, so rather than giving you money off your purchase like the majority of retailers, Apple offers gift cards worth $25, $50, $100 and $150 on selected iPhones, iPads, Macs and Apple Watches which can be redeemed against another Apple Store purchase in the future.
Apple’s Black Friday deals launched this morning in Australia, with their Australian homepage sharing an ‘Imagination is a gift’ panel which leads to a gifts page. The offers below are likely to be matched tomorrow in the United States, Canada, Europe…
Australia
- 9.7-inch iPad: Receive $70 gift card
iPad mini 4: Receive $70 gift card
iPad Pro: Receive $140 gift card
iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus: Receive $70 gift card
